I bought this product about 7 weeks at a price of around $ 3700.00 with tax. One might think that the price of the product should be a reliable company willing to help. I had a problem with the lamp (which costs $ 300 every time he goes out) failed. When I called the warranty department, Sony has said it will take about a week, lamps, because they were exhausted (I am told that this is a problem with the product.) Since then I only had run-bike-by Sony Corporation. Now I was told that would be another week and a half, and another department says it's a service and parts department will communicate with each other, and therefore do not even know what's really going on. Then try to find the number for companies based in New York! Good luck. My advice is to steer clear of this product, if found away to fix the lamp and go to the company, which targets customers c. …. accuse each
