Tops Tips for Powerpoint presentations
Over the years, I have to count how many I have created PowerPoint presentations will be lost. They are so easy to do and they are a great way, your message gets through.
I have learned many great tips for Powerpoint and so I thought I share some of my favorites in this article.
Copying from Excel to Powerpoint
How often have you tried to include an Excel spreadsheet into one of your PowerPoint presentations? Frustrating is not it. The cells never seem to linetrue or not all of the table appear in copies.
Did you copy over the image function in Excel?
Simply hold down the Ctrl and Shift keys. Then will be held with them, click on the Edit menu on the toolbar of Excel. You will now see an option called copy image. With this you can now easily your spreadsheet. You can choose what you see on the screen or the print area.
The change from CAPS to lowercase in PowerPoint.
If you changeCase of text in your PowerPoint slides, simply select the text and press Shift + F3. The text is set to cycle through ALL CAPS, lower case letters, first letter in caps.
Moving objects around in PowerPoint.
Did you know you can move objects around using the arrow keys? Simply select the object and then use an arrow key, you can either bottom to top, left or right.
If you hold down the Ctrl key at the same time the object moves a very small distance. Excellent for fineTuning slides.

Here are some keyboard shortcuts for PowerPoint.
Ctrl + Shift +> Enlarge Font
Ctrl + Shift + Hiding screens in PowerPoint
Have you ever wished to conceal the actual PowerPoint slide while you make a presentation? Maybe you have your presentation ready to go, but you do not want to see the people, the first screen before you start.
To hide a picture as you present, just press either W or B, you give Wa white screen and B, you get a black screen. Press the button again, you return to your original slide.
